  • 1 medium cauliflower about 1 kg
  • 1 onion
  • 350 g minced meat
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon spice mix
  • 500 ml of hot water
  • Salt

Cauliflower Recipe with Minced Meat

Cauliflower, which is a delicious and very healthy vegetable due to its season, can be prepared in many different ways. It is a vegetable that is recommended to be consumed in the growing age and should be eaten by children. Children often prefer to fry it, but it loses most of its nutritional value because it must be boiled before frying. That’s why I prefer to prepare it as a meal.

Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté in oil.
Add the minced meat, the finely chopped garlic and the spice mix (cumin, black pepper, turmeric, freed garlic, etc.) and continue sautéing. Add the tomato paste, vinegar and mix. Chop the cauliflower coarsely and add. Add the hot water and chopped parsley and cook for 30 minutes with the lid closed. Serve hot.

If you cook it for too long, it will be like a puree and the vegetable will lose its nutritional value. Therefore, wait until the ground beef is cooked thoroughly before adding the cauliflower. Do not add more than 500 ml of water. It is enough for the water to come up to half of the meal.
