Cauliflower Recipe with Minced Meat
Cauliflowers are separated from their branches one by one. Soak in hot water for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion. The carrots, which are cut into rings, are fried a little in oil, and then ground meat is thrown into it. The minced meat is cooked by stirring until it changes color. Put tomato paste in it and mix it well. Lastly, the potatoes and the drained cauliflowers are thrown away, after turning them with a spoon, the water is drawn up to the level of the cauliflower. When it starts to boil, the bottom is reduced. Close to cooking, garlic is grated and mint, black pepper and salt are added. Add lemon juice.
