Minced Eggplant Moussaka Recipe Preparation
Peel the eggplants, cut them into rings and soak them in salted water. The longer it stays in salty water, the less oil it absorbs. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Chop the peppers into 3 or 4 pieces as well. Fry the potatoes and place them at the bottom of the tray. Fry the onion and garlic with oil in a saucepan. Then put the ground beef and fry it too. Add the diced tomato on it. Add salt and spices and finish roasting. And sprinkle our minced meat on the fried potatoes. Then drain the eggplants and dry them with paper towel, fry them and arrange them on the top row. In the same way, fry the peppers and place them on the top. Finally, let’s liquefy the tomato paste with water and pour it into our food. In order not to be dry, cover it with aluminum foil and cook for a while, then take the foil and cook it for a while.
