- 1 handful of rice
- Quarter lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons of hot water
Meat and Leek Dish Recipe Preparation
Let’s remove the leeks and carrots, chop them half an inch wide, wash and drain. Let’s fry our mince with oil, preferably in a steel pot. Let’s add the garlic and continue to fry. Add the leeks and carrots and mix lightly. Let’s add salt and spices. Let’s close the lid of the pot. 10 min this way. Let it cook in its own steam. Let’s add the rice. Let’s put sugar in lemon juice. Let’s put our hot water to cover the leeks. We do not mix at this stage. We cook for about half an hour until the rice and leeks are thoroughly cooked. If the water is missing, you can add hot water. Enjoy your meal.
