(leek, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, spinach) but I think they are all very tasty vegetables if cooked well. And it must be eaten.

Preparation of

  1. First, cut off the stems of your spinach. Then remove the leaves one by one, remove the yellowed, bad, thin leaves with holes on them. Spinach was sorted.
  2. Let’s fill a deep kitchen basin with water and press the spinach into it, dip the spinach 1-2 times with our hands and take it out (without removing it from the basin) and leave it in this water for 5 minutes.
  3. At the end of 5 minutes, let’s collect the spinach from the top with our hands and set it aside.
  4. Let’s pour the water that has settled to the bottom of the mud into the sink.
  5. Let’s shake our basin, fill it with water again, immerse the spinach in the basin 3-4 times again, let’s soak it in water again for 10 minutes, collect the spinach from the top again and pour the water into the sink again and shake the basin.
  6. Let’s repeat the same process 3 times, but this time, let’s add 3-4 tablespoons of vinegar while putting the water in the basin. . .
  7. And let’s soak the spinach in vinegar water. After 10 minutes, let’s take the spinach from the top of the vinegar water, where it is waiting, and set it aside. Let’s pour the basin and wash it thoroughly. Let’s take the spinach into the washed empty basin and take the basin under the flowing fountain.
  8. Now let’s wash the spinach one by one, leaf by leaf. Put the washed spinach leaves in the strainer. Let them glide a little. Now we can chop the spinach :)))))
  9. Now, if you can divide the spinach, cut into small pieces by hand. If you cannot divide it, chop it with a knife. Let the chopped spinach wait for you in a corner.
  10. Take the pot in which you will cook your food. Chop your onion and garlic, add your oil, take 1 spoon of your minced meat, add it to your pot and fry them all a little. . Now add your tomato paste and fry it all together with 1-2 pastes. Add 1 teaspoon of water and stir your pot with a spoon.
  11. Add your salt and pepper. Now add your spinach to the pot.
  12. Add your washed bulgur, rice, and grated carrot to the spinach and close the lid of the pot. Do not mix the pan with a spoon, leave it alone :)))). . Let’s all get down a little bit together.
  13. While they are collapsing, add some salt, a little black pepper to your remaining ground beef, knead and make small meatballs.
  14. While you were making the meatballs, the spinach collapsed and became watery and the food in your pot boiled. . . Now gently mix the spinach in the pot and add your little meatballs on top.
  15. Now you can add 1-1,5 glasses of boiled water to your Spinach if necessary. . . But don’t put too much water. . I don’t think it’s good when spinach is cooked too watery. When the food is cooked, it will not be very watery, if it has a consistency, the water will not go to the trash, there will be no food left in the pot. You can tell mine is cooked from the last picture.
  16. When the rice and bulgur swell, your food will be cooked in general. Check your food. Spinach is a quick-cooking vegetable. You decide the cooking consistency.
