Ingredients for Mixed Roast Recipe

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 zucchini

For the sauce;

  • finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 roasted or fried red peppers
  • Lemon
  • Liquid oil
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Mixed Frying Recipe

First of all, we wash our cauliflower and boil it lightly. We put it in the filter. While the cauliflower is drained, we slice and fry the potatoes. We slice and fry the zucchini as we like, so that it is not thick. Lastly, we fry the cauliflower. After the frying process is finished, we take some of the oil we fry in the sauce pan and add the pepper paste and tomato into it. When the tomatoes are well cooked, add the garlic, salt, a lemon and roasted pepper in pieces. We pour this mixture over the fry we made. Finally, finely chop the parsley and mix it.
