Ingredients for Mixed Roast Recipe
- 3 potatoes
- 2 eggplants
- 15 green peppers
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Liquid oil
Mixed Frying Recipe
We chop the potatoes, aubergines and peppers to the size we want. I diced. In the hot oil, we fry the eggplants first, then the potatoes, and finally the peppers, and mix them all in a large bowl. We salt and cook our grated tomatoes in another pan with a little oil, a little salt and crushed garlic until the water is absorbed, pour them on top of our frying and serve with yoghurt if desired.
