Ingredients for Mixed Roast with Sauce

  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 2-3 green peppers
  • Salt

For the sauce;

  • 1 large tomato
  • Parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • less than half a lemon
  • chili pepper
  • Oil for frying

Mixed Frying Recipe with Sauce

Potatoes, eggplants, peppers are cut into frying and salted. The eggplant is peeled alabula. You can even have boiled cauliflower if it’s in season. All chopped vegetables are fried in oil, respectively. The fried vegetables are taken into my debt, respectively. For the sauce, edible chopped tomatoes and a clove of garlic are cooked with very little oil. In the meantime, add red pepper flakes and less than half a lemon juice. Drizzle over the fried vegetables. Chopped parsley is also served with a drizzle. Enjoy your meal.
