Ingredients for Roasted Mushrooms
- 1 kilo of cultivated mushrooms
- 2 small onions
- 2 medium green peppers
- Salt, pepper, cumin, curry
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Roasted Mushroom Recipe
Mushrooms are washed and cleaned.
It is sliced very thinly.
Oil is taken into a pan or a flat pan.
Add mushrooms and fry until they release their water. (If the mushrooms are too hard, add water and cook until soft.)
Onions are chopped for piyaz and peppers are edible.
Onions and peppers are added to the mushrooms. (you can add oil if it is less)
Saute the onions and peppers, stirring occasionally, until they soften.
Add salt and spices and fry for 5 more minutes and remove from the stove.
