- Mushrooms (I used half of 1 pack for 2 people)
- half onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Green pepper
- red capia pepper
- Oil or butter
- Cheddar Cheese (for topping)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
Mushroom Saute Recipe in Casserole Pots
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Let’s fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and capia pepper in oil a little. Then add the chopped mushrooms. Let’s add the green peppers that are close to cooking. Add the tomato paste and fry a little, then add the chopped tomatoes, black pepper and salt. After the tomatoes have melted, turn off the stove.
Let’s divide the mushroom sauté into small casserole dishes. Let’s spread thinly sliced cheddar on top and put the casseroles in the oven until the cheddar melts and browns. Enjoy your meal.
