Ingredients for Mushroom Saute Recipe
- 1 pack of cultivated mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- olive oil
Mushroom Saute Recipe
After frying the chopped onion a little in oil, we add tomato paste. Then, if it is in season, we grate the tomato and add it. After adding tomatoes, when our mixture starts to boil, we add the mushrooms that we cut in medium size. We close the lid and wait for the mushroom to give its juice. When our mushroom gets its water, we close the bottom. 🙂
