- 500 grams of cultivated mushrooms
- Butter
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese

Recipe for Mushrooms with Cheddar in Casserole
- After the mushrooms are peeled and washed, let’s cut each mushroom into four. Let’s divide it into the oven dishes.
- Let’s sprinkle salt on them and add butter in small pieces and bake for 20 minutes in a 200-degree oven.
- Finally, let’s add our cheddar on top of the cooked mushrooms and throw them back in the oven until golden brown. Enjoy your meal. (The reason why I chop the mushrooms is to fit them more in oven dishes or casseroles. You can use mushrooms whole if you wish)
