- 1 onion

Purslane Meal with Olive Oil (with dill) Recipe
The purslane is thoroughly washed and coarsely chopped with the stems. Onions are chopped and fried in olive oil. Garlic is added. Add coarsely chopped red pepper and continue to fry.
