- 1 medium cauliflower
- Salt
- To boil: water
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green peppers
For the white sauce:
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- Plenty of spices you want (I used curry, chili pepper, black pepper, thyme.)

For the red sauce:
- Liquid oil
- 1 full tablespoon of tomato paste

Oven Cauliflower Recipe with Special Sauce
I wanted to eat cauliflower in a different way, not a juicy dish. Such a recipe has emerged. I hope you will like it. Cut the cauliflower into pieces and leave it to boil in salted water. We cook our white sauce by mixing all the ingredients except margarine in a small saucepan. When it solidifies, we add a spoonful of margarine and mix it until it melts and close the lid. On the other hand, we chop our colored peppers into rings. We take the boiled cauliflower into our baking tray. Sprinkle colored peppers on top. We drizzle the sauce so that it touches everywhere. We bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven until golden brown. While the cauliflower is cooking, we prepare our sauce with tomato paste, salt and oil in a pan. We thin it with a little water. Pour over the cooked cauliflower and leave in the oven for 5 minutes. When it comes out of the oven, we decorate it with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
