Pasta and Meat Chickpea Recipe Preparation
Let’s soak the chickpeas with cold water the night before. After a day, let’s drain it and wash it and put it in a steel pot and put 9 cups of boiled hot water on it. Let’s wash our meat in a bowl, put it raw in the chickpeas and close the lid, let’s keep it for 55 minutes when the sound comes out. When the time is up, let’s turn it off and let it air out. When you turn on the pressure cooker, put 3 more glasses of hot water and boil it because it has drawn its water near the stove again. Pour 1 glass of small tubular pasta into it and fry the cubed onion in 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan on the side and add the tomato paste, mint and black pepper. Take some of the water from the food and add it to the dish. Boil the pasta until it is cooked, when it is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup, add 1 and a half teaspoons of salt. Look at the water, if it is dark, you can add 1 cup of hot water.
