Preparation of Peas in Broth

First, the onion is finely chopped. Then it is roasted with our oil until it turns pink. Then, diced potatoes and carrots are added, the tomato paste is added and mixed 3.4 times (so that it is fried a little) And finally, peas and a tomato grater are added. When the tomato shrinks a little, 1 glass of broth (can be chicken broth or bouillon) and enough hot water to cover it and spices are added and cooked on low heat until it becomes congealed. Since I freeze the broth in glasses in the freezer, I evaluated it this way. You can also make it with cubed meat or chicken. Served hot, bon appetit.
