Ingredients for Pickle Pan Recipe
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 large onion
- Half a kilo of pickled beans (1 large bowl)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- A little less than 1 cup of water
Pickle Pan Recipe Preparation
If your pickle is salty, soak it in water for 15-20 minutes. (Let the salt come to normal consistency)
Heat the olive oil in a teflon pan. Chop the onion into moon shapes and fry in oil. Chop your pickle to the size you want. When the onions are soft, put the pickle in the pan and fry for 10 minutes. Add the paprika and fry for 5 more minutes on medium heat. Finally, add the water and cook on low heat until the water runs out.
If your pickle is bitter, you can’t add paprika though 🙂 It is a very delicious snack.
