- 3 medium eggplants
- 200 grams cubed mutton
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium tomatoes (or half a jar of canned tomatoes)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Liquid oil
- Black pepper
- Red pepper

We put the eggplants in the square and cut them into cubes.
If it is summer, we leave it under the sun on the balcony and in winter we can use the oven for this work.
Eggplants dry beautifully in the sun (or in the oven).
We put the chicken meat in the pot.
When the water is released and withdrawn again, we add oil and fry for a while.
Then we add the onion that we cut into cubes and we cook the onion for a little while.
Then add the dried Eggplants on it, add salt, red pepper and tomato paste, shake the pot and mix the ingredients (a spoon crushes the Eggplants)
We lay the chopped tomatoes on top of the meat and eggplant to cover them, and slowly add a small amount of water.
Close the lid and cook without stirring.
After it is cooked, we prepare it to serve by sprinkling black pepper on the top.
