Ingredients for Pumpkin Dish Recipe

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of rice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic

Pumpkin Meal Recipe Preparation

Let’s cut our onion into cubes and put it in our pot. Let’s chop our green pepper in medium size, cut our carrot into cubes and add it on top of our onion. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and fry it on low heat. When our onions become transparent, let’s add the zucchini that we cut into cubes and continue to cook on low heat again. When our zucchini turns yellow, let’s add the grated tomatoes. Let’s put a pinch of salt. Let’s add our washed rice and add 1 tea glass of water. (If the water is not enough, add 1 more cup of tea) Let’s cook on low heat. Our meal is ready when our rice is cooked. You can serve it plain or with garlic yogurt. Those who like it hot can also add chili pepper. Enjoy your meal.
