How to Make Pumpkin Pie
- In a mixer, rise the butter at room temperature with 40 g of sugar. Add the puree and whisk again. Add the egg yolks and whisk again.
- Add the ground almonds and whisk again. Fluff the egg white with 50 g of sugar in a mixer until it turns white.
- Mix the 2 mixtures together with a spatula. Cover the baking tray with greaseproof paper and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
