- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
How to Make Purslane with Yogurt?
* Wash the purslane and separate it from the stems. Slice the cucumber very thinly without peeling the skin. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl. Peel and grate the garlic and add it to the yogurt. Season with salt.
* Mix purslane and cucumber slices with yogurt. Take the yoghurt purslane on a plate. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve.
