Ingredients for Red Fruit Custard

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 5 g vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 egg yolk

For sauce;

  • 2-3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of starch
  • 100 g mixed red fruit
  • 1.5 tablespoons of sugar

How to Make Red Fruit Custard?

  • Add milk, sugar, eggs, flour and starch into the pot.
  • Mix it up and let it cook.
  • Add vanillin and butter to the pudding that is thickened and cooked and continue mixing.
  • Divide into containers and let cool.
  • Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook on low heat until it thickens.
  • When the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat and mix a few more times.
  • Add the thickened sauce to the cooled pudding and keep it in the refrigerator to cool.
