- 2-3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 100 g mixed red fruit
- 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
How to Make Red Fruit Custard?
- Add milk, sugar, eggs, flour and starch into the pot.
- Mix it up and let it cook.
- Add vanillin and butter to the pudding that is thickened and cooked and continue mixing.
- Divide into containers and let cool.
- Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and cook on low heat until it thickens.
- When the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat and mix a few more times.
