Ingredients for Roast Cauliflower Recipe
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1 glass of water
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt, pepper
- Yogurt
- Garlic
- Parsley
Fried Cauliflower Recipe
We separate the cauliflowers into florets and boil them in salted water. But we don’t boil it too much. In a large bowl, add flour, water, eggs, salt, pepper and lemon juice and whisk. Dip the cauliflower in this mixture and fry it in hot oil until it changes color. We drizzle garlic or plain yogurt on it and decorate it with parsley as desired. Enjoy your meal.
