Cauliflowers separated from flowers are boiled in boiling water for a while. (If you boil it too much, it may scatter!) Eggs, flour and salt are whisked to the consistency of a cake, boiled cauliflowers are dipped in this sauce and fried in hot oil and served with garlic yoghurt and pepper sauce.
