- Boiled green beans (I used boiled and threw in the fridge)
- 2 eggs
- Liquid oil
- 1 onion
- salt
- paprika
- thyme
- half a tablespoon of tomato paste
Roasted Beans with Egg Recipe
Boil the beans so they are soft. Put oil in a pot or a suitable pan, fry the onion, add tomato paste, add the beans, add half a tea glass of water, close the lid, leave to soften.
If it does not soften, you can add hot water again.
Add salt and spice and beat two eggs in a separate bowl.
Add it on top of the beans, after that, do not mix and do not close the lid, serve when the eggs are cooked and the oil rises to the surface. Enjoy your meal
