Ingredients for Roasted Beans with Plenty of Minced Meat
- 1 kilo of green beans
- 150 g minced meat (could be more, I like plenty of it, for example optional)
- 2 onions
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Half a teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cups of hot water
- Salt, pepper, black pepper
Roasted Beans with Plenty of Minced Meat Recipe
We sort our beans and wish. Then we put it in a deep pot and pour cold water until it covers it. We open the bottom of the pot, close the lid and wait for it to boil. In the meantime, of course, we do not stay idle, we chop the onion for food. Add oil to another pan and heat it. Then we add the minced meat, drain the water and when the color changes, we add the onions and tomato paste and continue to fry (the fire must be low). When the beans are burried without softening them, we take them off the stove and drain the water. Slowly add the beans into the roasted mixture and fry. When it is well roasted, add the diced tomatoes and fry a little more. Then we add the hot water. Close the lid and wait for it to thicken slightly.
