  • Cauliflower
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 spoons of tomato paste (A spoon of tomato, a spoon of pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • chili pepper

Roasted Cauliflower with Carrots Recipe

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash it with plenty of water. Let’s peel the carrots and chop them. Chop the onions into cubes. Let’s add our oil to the pot. Let’s add the chopped onions and, if desired, two cloves of garlic and fry them until they turn pink. Let’s add our sauce. After it is ready, let’s add our carrots and cauliflower. Mix the cauliflowers so that they do not mash too much. Let’s not mix too often. When the vegetables start to soften, let’s add salt, black pepper and chili pepper to our taste. Let it fry a little more after mixing. Our dish is ready when the vegetables are completely soft. This dish is sour. Enjoy your meal:)
