- 5-6 potatoes

Roasted Potatoes Recipe
Wash our potatoes and leave them with their skins for 20 minutes. We cook it in a pressure cooker. When it is warm, we peel the skins and cut them into cubes. We chop onions for food. We fry it in a saucepan with oil. Then we add our tomato paste and fry for a few more seconds, then add the chopped potatoes and spices.
