  • 1 onion
  • 5-6 tablespoons of oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 5 tablespoons of yogurt

Roasted Spinach with Yogurt Recipe

The spinach is washed and cut into large pieces. It is taken to the strainer to filter the water. Add oil and chopped onion to the pan and fry it until it turns pink. Squeeze the drained spinach thoroughly in the palm of your hand, drain all the water, add to the onions and fry until the spinach changes color and becomes soft. The bottom of the cooked spinach is covered to cool. Add salt, pepper and black pepper and continue cooking. Meanwhile, the garlic is crushed with a piece of salt and mixed with yogurt. Mix it with the cooled spinach and transfer it to the serving plate. Enjoy your meal.
