  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 6-7 mushrooms
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/4 (quarter) olive oil
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste or chili paste
  • Black pepper, cayenne pepper, mint, sumac powder

Zucchini Saute Recipe with Mushrooms

Chop the onions for cooking and mix them with light olive oil and salt. Then add the peppers, mushrooms and tomato paste, mix and close the lid. After cooking for 3-4 minutes, we add the peeled tomatoes and half a tea glass of water and let it cook for another 6-7 minutes. Then, we chop the zucchini, which we peeled off, finely and add them to the dish that is being cooked. After adding the spices and butter, we add about 1-1.5 tea glasses of water and cook on low heat until the zucchini softens (on average 10 minutes). I highly recommend it with pickles and rice on the side. Enjoy your meal.
