Preparation of Karnıyarık (Low Fat) Recipe in the Pot

We wash the eggplants, cut off the stems, dry. We put half a tea glass of oil in a fireproof pot (ceramic or Teflon) and heat it, make a cut on the eggplants, put them in the hot oil, and close the lid of our pot and turn the stove to low. We check it from time to time and fry the aubergines on low heat by turning them. Remove it on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. In the same pot, we add a little oil (if there is no need if there is leftover from the eggplants) and fry the finely chopped onions and peppers. We add the ground beef and fry it. When the color of the minced meat changes, we grate one of the tomato paste and tomato and add it. Finally, we add salt and spices in the dimensions we want. When the stove is turned off, add the finely chopped parsley. We distribute our mortar to the eggplants. We pour the sauce we prepared with 1 spoon of tomato paste, 1 glass of water, salt and a remaining tomato on it and cook for another 15-20 minutes. We serve hot. Enjoy your meal;))
