Ingredients for Sfakianopites
For dough
- 500 g flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- Cheddar and curd cheese mix
- A little cinnamon (optional)

- Honey
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Olive oil
How Is Sfakianopites Made?
- Take all the ingredients for the dough and knead it in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Break off 60 g pieces from the rested dough and roll them.
- Roll it out a little larger than the tea plate on the floured counter, and put the heaping filling in the middle and close it like a bundle, then roll it again on the counter and open it to the size of a dessert plate. Cook it upside down with a little olive oil in a fireproof skillet.
- To serve, mix the parsley, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. (You can determine the amounts)
- Take the cooked pancakes on a serving plate, drizzle some honey on them while they are hot and serve hot by adding the parsley mixture.
