Shakshuka (Potato) Recipe Preparation
Peel and slice the tomatoes. We put it in a deep pot, cut the garlic in half and add them as well. We start cooking on the lowest heat. We fry other ingredients. It is enough to cook the tomatoes until our ingredients are golden brown. We pour the fried ingredients into the tomato pot. Mix a couple of times and turn off the stove. You can add yoghurt with garlic if you wish. Enjoy your meal.
