• 2 kg of spinach
• 2 spoons of tomato paste
• salt to taste
• 1 and a half cups of rice
• 2 glasses of warm water
• enough oil

Let’s wash the spinach one by one. Let’s cut it like lettuce. Let’s put the oil in the pan, add the tomato paste when it gets hot. Let’s mix it until it smells.

Let’s put the spinach little by little, turn it over when it melts and add the other spinach. When it melts, let’s add all the rice and mix it. Let’s add the salt. Let’s put the water and cook on low heat. It is delicious with garlic yoghurt. Enjoy your meal.
