Ingredients for Spinach Snap Recipe
- 500 g spinach
- 10 eggs (I made 2 eggs for everyone).
- 2 onions
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tea glass ( Small Glass ) flower oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Spinach Sitting Recipe
Finely chop the spinach with a knife. Finely chop the onions, pour the oil into the pan. Let’s put the tomato paste and onion in the pan at the same time and fry until they are slightly soft. Add the spinach and wait for it to soften without mixing. Then add the salt and mix. Let’s break the eggs separately by making small gaps in the spinach. Add black pepper and paprika to it. Let’s put the lid on our pan and let it cook with steam. Our food is ready to be served, enjoy.
