Ingredients for Spinach with Béchamel Sauce
- 1 kg of spinach
- 2 onions
- One tablespoon of tomato paste of your choice
- a teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the bechamel sauce:
- 4 glasses of milk
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Spinach with Béchamel Sauce Recipe
Onion is chopped and fried with oil. Tomato paste is added and chopped spinach is added and sautéed for a few minutes. The salt is thrown and taken into my debt. For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter and add flour. When the smell of flour is gone, milk is added slowly. Mix and cook until the pudding thickens. Add salt and pepper.
