Let’s put our oil in our pot and chop and kill the onions, and add the garlic. Let’s add the spinach after a while. Add salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Let’s let it cook a little. Let’s add salt and pepper and half a cup of water if desired, very little so that our food does not burn. After it is cooked, beat the eggs and pour them on it. With the help of a spatula, we apply it equally everywhere. Let’s close the bottom close to the cooking of the egg. Cooking will be completed at that temperature. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cayenne pepper on the egg. Let’s eat well.
