Ingredients for Sausage Spinach Recipe

  • 1 kilo of spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Half of 1 ring of sausage (can be increased or decreased as desired)
  • 2 tablespoons of bulgur (healthier than rice)
  • Half a tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 glass of boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt

For the above:

  • Yogurt
  • Garlic on request

How To Make Spinach With Sausage Recipe

As a preliminary preparation, onions and sausages will be chopped. Rice will be sorted and washed. Boiling water will be ready.

Put oil in the pan and heat it. Add the onions and fry lightly and add the sausages. The drained spinach is added to the pot. When the spinach is slightly soft, add boiling water. When it starts to boil, the washed and drained bulgur is added. Salt and chili pepper are added last to avoid being affected by the heat. The lid is closed and the bottom of the dish is covered when the bulgur is cooked. For the topping, the garlic is crushed and mixed with yoghurt. When our food is warm, sauce is poured on it and served.
