Ingredients for Spring Lasagna Recipe
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 150 g minced meat
- 1 tablespoon of tomato or pepper paste
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- Half a cup of grated cheddar
- Salt
- black pepper
- Cumin or coriander
For the bechamel sauce;
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- Salt
Spring Lasagna Recipe Preparation
We boil the cauliflower and thinly sliced carrots in a deep saucepan. While it is boiling, we add salt and a little oil or olive oil. In a separate pan, add the remaining oil and fry the onion and minced meat. After frying, dilute it with a little water and add the tomato paste. Thus, we obtain a liquid sauce. We cook by adding our salt, pepper and spices
For the bechamel sauce, melt the butter and olive oil in a separate pan, add flour and fry. Slowly add the milk and whisk at the same time. Keep stirring until it solidifies and boils. Add salt and cook for 2 more minutes.
In a deep baking dish, we pour the drained cauliflower, then the tomato paste sauce on top, and finally the fivesamel sauce. We add the grated cheddar and put it on the top of the oven at 180 degrees until the cheddar melts and cook for 10 minutes. Then it’s ready to serve
