Ingredients for Mushroom Potato Stir-fry Recipe
- 8-10 potatoes
- 300 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 3 green chili peppers
- Half red bell pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tomatoes
- Liquid oil

Potato Sitting Recipe with Minced Meat with Mushrooms
First, we peel our potatoes and cut them into rings, after washing, we apply margarine to the bottom of our pyrex, arrange the potatoes and sprinkle some salt on it.
Then we move on to our mince. We fry the minced meat in a pan. Then, we pour the eye setting oil and add the chopped onion and peppers and continue to fry. After frying for a few minutes, we filter the water of the mushrooms in the can and add it to it and fry it. Finally, we add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, the finely chopped garlic, and its spices and salt, and take it out of the oven when the tomatoes are dead.
Pour the minced meat mixture on the potatoes and make bechamel sauce on it or use it if you have it ready and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top after it is browned a little or after checking the potatoes and making sure they are cooked. Leave in the oven until melted and serve. I added thyme to the cheddar cheese. It tastes very good, it’s up to you, you can add it if you wish 🙂
