Recipe for Spicy Potatoes with Olive Oil in the Pan
First, we boil our small potatoes or large potatoes. We will peel the skins before boiling. If we are using large potatoes, we will not just peel and cut a potato into about six and boil it that way in salted water.
After the potatoes are boiled (not too soft, they can fall apart, pass into the fork but not mash).
We drain our potatoes and put them in a bowl, add grated onions, garlic and spices. Mix gently so that we do not mash the potatoes. Finally, we add the parsley and dill. It’s okay if you don’t have parsley and dill.
We take our olive oil in our Teflon pan (if you want, you can put more than 2 tablespoons of olive oil). Add the potatoes and fry for 5-10 minutes. (according to desire)
Here again, attention should be paid not to crush while mixing. It will go very well with meat, chicken and fish dishes.
