  • 1.5 cups coconut
  • 7-8 dates
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Unsalted Tongue Cheese

How to Make Sugar-Free, Sherbet-Free Kunefe?

  • Soak the dates in hot water to soften them.
  • Puree the softened dates.
  • Mix coconut, oil and dates.
