- 1 beef tongue
- 8-10 shallots onions
- 8-10 mushrooms (Boiled)
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper

How to Make a Tongue Stew
- Soak the veal tongue in cold water for 1 hour. Boil in slightly salted water for about 3 hours until soft. After the tongue is boiled, take it out and cool it, peel the skin and chop the cubes.
- Melt the butter in a deep pan, add the onion and sauté until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside. Put the flour in the pan and fry it until it smells.
- Take 1 ladle of the boiling water of the tongue, add it to the flour and mix until it has a smooth consistency.
- Add the chopped tongue, mushrooms and sautéed onions and mix. Season with salt and spices, add vinegar and cook for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from the stove and serve hot.
