Ingredients for Carrot Potato Turkey Stew Recipe

  • 250 g turkey breast meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 white potatoes
  • 1 cup canned peas
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary
  • Liquid oil

Carrot Potato Turkey Stew Recipe Preparation

All vegetables are cut into cubes. After the onion and carrot soften a little with oil, garlic and turkey meat are added and mixed. Then dried tomatoes, potatoes and rosemary are added and roasted. Add salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and 2 cups of water and let it cook. Enjoy your meal.
