- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup of strained yogurt
- 50 g curd cheese
- Parsley
- Red pepper
- Salt
How to Make Van Cacik?
- Take the yogurt in a bowl. Mix the curd cheese and the butter softened at room temperature into the yogurt.
