Ingredients for Vanilla Strawberry Porridge
- 1 cup of rice (Boiled)
- 3.5 cups milk (Preferably almond milk)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (Preferably vanilla flavored)
- 1 whole vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the above
- Strawberry
- Roasted almonds and hazelnut pieces
- Porridge (Optional)
- Blue poppy seeds (Optional)
- Fresh thyme
How to Make Vanilla Strawberry Porridge
- Slice 4-5 strawberries and add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and cook in the pan. Let your strawberry sauce cool. If you wish, you can add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to this sauce.
- Put all the ingredients in the pot and cook. When it comes to the boiling point, reduce the heat and cook for 5-10 more minutes, stirring constantly.
- If you cooked it with a vanilla stick instead of vanilla extract, take the stick out and take the dessert off the stove.
- Complete with strawberry sauce, fresh strawberries, poppy, fresh thyme, hazelnuts, almonds and oats and serve at room temperature or cold.
