  • 300 g spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of chestnut flour
  • Half a teaspoon of baking powder

How to Make Vegan Spinach Souffle?

  • The stems of the spinach are cut and cleaned, washed thoroughly with 3-4 glasses of water, and then left to drain.
  • The pan is put on the stove, olive oil is added and grated onions are added. It is well sautéed until lightly caramelized.
  • Spinach and spices are added to the sautéed onions and roasted until the spinach loses its vitality.
  • 2 minutes before removing from the stove, milk is added and mixed thoroughly. It is then left to cool. (You can vary the spices according to your taste.)
  • Add baking powder and flour to the mixing bowl. Slightly warmed spinach is added to the sauté, mixed well, and placed in a soufflé bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes until nicely browned. ENJOY YOUR MEAL.
