Ingredients for Vegetable Saute Recipe

  • 10 small potatoes
  • 5 carrots
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • Half kg cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • chili pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Salt

For the above;

  • Parsley
  • Lemon
  • Garlic (optional)

Vegetable Saute Recipe Preparation

Cut the potatoes, carrots, zucchini and cauliflower into medium thicknesses. The chopped materials are taken into a deep bowl and mixed thoroughly by adding chili pepper, black pepper, cumin, salt and oil respectively. It is then placed on a baking tray and left to bake in a preheated 200-degree oven. After cooking, it is added to the chopped parsley with lemon and garlic.
