Ingredients for Veggie Cheddar Mucver Recipe
- 4 small zucchini
- 1 potato
- 3 small carrots
- 1 leek
- Less than half a bunch of parsley
- Less than half a bunch of dill
- 2 eggs
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt
- Chew as much as you want in between
- Buckwheat on top
- Grated nutmeg, if available
How to Make a Recipe for Cheese and Cheese with Vegetables
Grate the zucchini, potatoes and carrots into the cabinet. Chop the leeks as finely as possible. Chop and add the parsley and dill. Add the eggs, oil, flour, salt and coriander.
After lubricating my pyrex or baking dish, put half of it. Either grate the cheddar or put it in thin slices. Put the remaining mortar on it. Put the black seed and nutmeg. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal:)
If you want the mucver to come out soft from the oven, put 2 glasses of water in the oven.
