Ingredients for Walnut, Creamy Poached Apples
- 5 apples
- 3 glasses of cherry juice
- 4 glasses of water
- 10 cloves
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- 3 balls of black pepper
- 1 star anise
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
How to Make Poached Apples with Walnuts and Cream?
- Hollow out the apples and soak them in lemon water. Put all the other ingredients in the pot and wait for it to boil.
- Add the apples to the boiling syrup and turn down the heat. 10 minutes is enough for the apples to cook.
- Take the apples out of the syrup, put the syrup in a glass bowl.
- After the syrup has cooled, put the apples back into the cooled syrup and leave it in the fridge for 1 day.
- This will make your apples redder. After 1 day, take the apples in a separate bowl, reduce some of the syrup on the stove until it thickens.
- During the service, add walnuts to the apples, cream and syrup, and serve. Enjoy your meal.
